4. User Eligibility

To use RADHYA, you must:

→Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
→Not be prohibited from using financial platforms under applicable laws
→Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

5. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

→Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
→All activities that occur under your account
→Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use
→Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

You must not share your account with others or allow others to access your account.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

→Use the platform for any illegal purpose
→Reproduce, distribute, or sell our content without permission
→Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
→Use automated bots or scrapers on our platform
→Impersonate RADHYA or its team members
→Share, resell, or redistribute signals from RADHYA

7. Intellectual Property

All content on RADHYA — including but not limited to the signal engine, algorithms, UI design, brand name, logo, and written content — is the exclusive property of RADHYA and its creators.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Data & Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using RADHYA, you consent to our data practices.

→We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties
→We use industry-standard security measures
→You can request deletion of your data at any time

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RADHYA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

→Any financial losses from trading decisions based on our signals
→Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
→Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
→Service interruptions or technical failures

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to RADHYA in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

→Perform maintenance at any time
→Modify or discontinue features with notice
→Suspend accounts that violate these terms

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
